They are HUGE and each 100ms wasted on a loading website is a waste of money, simple as that. Therefore it's crucial that the performance of the webshop is always < 900ms on each uncached page load and < 50ms on each cached page load.
I made sure that the webshop looks trustworthy, works like a charm and most important: the webshop is very fast, even with hundreds to thousands of people on it every day. This in turn caused a massive increase in their revenue, which was the ultimate goal of this project.
